Yamabuki no Sato

An aromatic and flavorful potato shochu, Yamabuki no Sato is made from Miyazaki Kogane-Sengan potatoes cultivated by the “green manure” method, and fermented with black koji obtained from domestically produced rice.

Using black koji mold / Atmospheric distillation / Non-filtered      

This is a standard, old-style potato shochu.
The potato-like scent carries a hint of sweet potato.It has firm umami with a faint whiff of the potato’s core flavor.With a well-balanced flavor, you can enjoy a mellow, unobtrusive aftertaste.This potato shochu is ideal as an accompaniment to cuisine.
