Featuring a sweet fragrance and sharp freshness, this potato shochu has a refreshing fragrance and a lucid, palatable flavor. It is made from Silk Sweet potatoes cultivated by the “green manure” method and fermented with white koji obtained from domestically produced rice.

This potato shochu has a fresh and fruity aroma with a hint of refined sweetness carried in the clear flavor. Going well with various cuisines, it can be imbibed on the rocks, mixed with water, or mixed with soda. The name was given because it is a drink that can make you feel relaxed, in good spirits, and happy, just like a Shiba dog playing in the sea
