An aromatic and flavorful potato shochu, Yamabuki no Sato is made from Miyazaki Kogane-Sengan potatoes cultivated by the “green manure” method, and fermented with black koji obtained from domestically produced rice.

This is a standard, old-style potato shochu.The potato-like scent carries a hint of sweet potato.
