This aromatic, flavorful yet sharp potato shochu is made from Miyazaki Kogane-Sengan potatoes cultivated by the “green manure” method, and fermented with black koji obtained from domestically produced rice.

Using black koji mold / Atmospheric distillation

It carries a faint scent of sweet potatoes.The umami carries the distinct sweetness of Kogane-Sengan.Featuring a light and well-balanced flavor, it has a subtle texture and slightly rounded aftertaste.Thanks to its mild and soft drinking feel, it makes a good accompaniment at mealtimes.
