This aromatic, flavorful yet sharp potato shochu is made from Miyazaki Kogane-Sengan potatoes cultivated by the “green manure” method, and fermented with black koji obtained from domestically produced rice.

It carries a faint scent of sweet potatoes.The umami carries the distinct sweetness of Kogane-Sengan.
