Endowed with a sweet fragrance and sharp freshness, this potato shochu is made from “J-Red,” Miyazaki orange sweet potatoes cultivated by the “green manure” method, and fermented with white koji obtained from domestically produced rice.

This shochu has a light, bittersweet aroma similar to carrot juice and is far removed from conventional potato shochu.The harmony of delicate and gentle sweetness and the fresh savor gives it a lighter flavor.
