Featuring a flamboyant aroma and tender sweetness, this purple-fleshed sweet potato shochu is made from Miyazaki Murasaki Masari potatoes cultivated by the “green manure” method, and fermented with white koji obtained from domestically produced rice.

A flamboyant, clear, and bittersweet aroma with berry notes.It has the inherent fruity sweetness of purple potatoes combined with regular potato umami.Thanks to the unfiltered finishing, it has a full-bodied and mellow flavor and gentle taste, and it also features a soft, rich, and refined aftertaste. As a table shochu, it is endowed with sufficient profundity to enhance any meal.
