This light and easy-to-drink rice shochu is made by blending rice shochu and finished by decompressed distillation of domestically produced “Hinohikari” rice with a hint of mugwort shochu.

This refreshing shochu is a blend of rice shochu finished by decompressed distillation with a hint of mugwort shochu. It has a characteristically sweet rice aroma and a sharp, fresh flavor. Its simplicity and honesty make it easy to drink, while the flavor doesn’t linger for long. Taikoshu (long-matured sake)sake matured for over 10 years is used as the blending mugwort shochu.
