This rice shochu, which derives its deep flavor from the umami of rice, is finished by atmospheric distillation of domestically produced “Hinohikari” rice.

Using Kawauchi white koji mold / Atmospheric distillation

The faintly fruity fragrance of koji imparts profundity to the clear rice aroma. Having a sharp taste with sweet honey notes concealed in the rice savor, it also has a profound flavor that penetrates the tongue. Thanks to its light feel this shochu goes down serenely.
