The modest and unadulterated fragrance enhances the barley’s fresh and sweet aroma. It features an elegant and refreshing taste with a hint of sweet barley grain. The clear aroma gently pervades the palate with a gentle balance of flavors. This barley shochu has a distinctive aftertaste that fades away without residue.
