Made from Junmaishu sake lees and koji, this Junmai Sakekasu shochu is slowly brewed at low temperature in a single-type atmospheric distillation machine before being matured for a minimum of three years. It is characterized by a rich and profound flavor. Diluted with water to 14% alcohol content, this Sakekasu shochu can be enjoyed straight like sake without mixing with water.

Its aroma has faint notes of Ginjoshu combined with the fragrance of freshly cooked rice. A silky taste combines with the refined sweetness of rice. Since it has 14% alcohol content, it can be enjoyed straight without mixing. It can also be enjoyed on the rocks or cold, but drinking warm is recommended. The aged aroma and rice savor can be enjoyed more deeply when it is heated to 45℃.
