Made from domestically produced pumpkin and rice koji, this simply distilled (Honkaku) pumpkin shochu features a flavorful savor.  

Preliminary mash: koji   Secondary mash: rice
Third preparation: pumpkins   
Using Kawauchi white koji mold / Decompressed distillation 

This shochu has a fruity but gentle aroma with a mellow drinking sensation. Its light flavor is gentle without a peculiar taste. It is recommended as a highball with soda or on the rocks.
